MODE Return & Exchange Policy

At MODE, we want you to love what you ordered — but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our return and exchange policy designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.


🗓️ Return & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Have all original tags attached, and be in original packaging.

  • Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, makeup marks, fake tan stains, or stretching due to incorrect sizing.

Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout and on the product page) are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for a different size.


🔁 How to Start a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Visit our returns portal

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email.

  3. Follow the prompts to create your return label and submit your items.

Please pack items from different orders separately to avoid processing delays. 


📍 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MODE is not responsible for items lost in transit.

International customers must arrange returns with a courier that provides tracking — MODE does not cover international return postage.
